About Agent Graph

Agent Graph records your Claude Code and Codex sessions, agents and tasks — and the dependencies between them — then shows a live, step-through view of what needs your input, what's running and what's done. It runs locally on your machine, with an optional remote mode so you can follow along from anywhere.
